They did a newborn hearing screening on my daughterThey were appointed by the hospital, but if I can choose by myself, I will never let them do any test on my daughterTheir billing code submitted to our insurance company was wrong at first, and they first did not admit itI have to have my insurance company to call them directly and explain to them how to code correctly then they change the code However, as my insurance company representative told me, the description on the second claim was not corrected completely So I have my insurance company to instruct them how to change itBut they claimed that their billing person was on a vacation, however they agreed to pass the information about how to change to the correct code to the billing person when she is back from the vacation, which they never did and wasted about a monthThen they sent me the warning letter saying that my bill will go into collection because it is too late, even though they know I am still dealing with it with my insurance company and they agreed to my insurance company that before this issue is resolve, they will hold my account so it won't go to collection, which they did not do eitherDuring so many calls I made with them, they have very bad attitude and did not do things that they said they will doThey are the worst doctor's office I have ever seen
