I responded back to the customer that this is a personal opinion and that it is clearly posted that we reserves the right to close off sections when necessaryWe do allow novice skaters to continue around the boards if they need to stay close to the boardsHe also failed to state that we did
consolidate the areas since at the time of his complaint the bulk of the lessons where completedIf his concern was about his child's safety why did he continue to skate for the rest of the hour sessionHe acknowledge the fact that a sign is clearly posted at the entrance and chose to enter any wayI emailed him about his complaint and advised him that the staff would in fact follow activities and consolidate lesson areas ASAP.
