Review: Around the end of April I took my vehicle to the car wash. They offer a wash service where they clean the vehicle inside and out. You pull up and he out of the car and they vacuum it and take it through the car wash and then dry the vehicle. I had my two children with me so as I was getting my son out of his car seat the man jumped Into the front drivers eat and already started washing the dashboard down. I went around to get my daughter out and told the driver my windows and sunroof were open. He said no problem ma'am I can take care of it. I waked I lb am waited with my children. After awhile I asked where my car was? One of the workers said he was sorry they didn't shut the sun roof and my car was wet. He apologized and said he would "fix it" I asked for the [redacted] to be told he was not there. They used a shop vac to dry most of what they could and told me to leave my widows open for a few hours so it would not get mildew. I came back about a week later when I finally could see the owner. I explains my roof was stained and that my radio no longer played CD. He said give it a couple weeks to dry out and if not he would have it fixed and he would steam clean the stains on roof. After calling kia to see about a price on a radio since my CD player never did work again I had to explain what happened to my car. I took the car in and was advised once the headliner is wet like that even if the stains are removed the glue will let go over time and will start to loosen up which it is doing. I have had this car for less than 6 months. I have been in numerous times and can never get the owner as well as leaving messages with employees to have no call back. This has been going on for 3 months now. I even told the manage to let the owner know I am not looking to scam anyone I would be happy for him to pay kia directly for installing a new headliner and either fixing or replacing my radio. My children's DVD players were ruined but I had a warranty on them so took care of that myself.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle taken to Kia to have the headline replaced as well ask radio either fixed or replaced. The radio does work however the cd will display error. I am fine with that being fixed if possible. I am not looking to "make money" or cause a problem I just want my vehicle way it was before I took it to car wash. I am more then fine with a check being paid directly to Kia. I have tried to work it out and keep hearing I will get a call and no1 calls me back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I appreciate your response. I agree to the radio being fixed and as I said even if it can be reprogrammed I will accept that and not even a new one. I just want the CD player to work again. As far as detailing the car and cleaning the headliner I do not think that is a fair option. Yes it will clean the stain that is from the front to back of my headliner, however that is just cosmetic. Once the water gets into it that much then the glue will lose n over time. I had it checked myself and was told this by a reputable kia dealer. I really want the headliner replaced. I have pictures of the car prior since it was only a couple months I had it and the headliner had no damage. Yes the men that work there did try there best with shop vacs to dry everything and appologized many times which I appreciate however it for t change the issue. As I stated before I have no problem with payment being made directly to car place. I am not looking to make money off this I just want my car fixed. Thank you
