Our office was contacted by Mr [redacted] on May 19, 2015 to perform repairs to both masonry mortar failure and a piece of aluminum trim that had been torn off by wind. On May 21 2015 the masonry repair was successfully completed and Mr [redacted] was advised about the difficulty we were having matching the...
piece of aluminum as it was bent on site by the siding installers. After pursuing a piece of equipment and purchasing it we received shipment on August 3. As of yesterday this job is complete. We do apologize for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] suffered but the delivery of specialty equipment is out of our control.
