The consumer called to say he has not received his refund to date

I called Sheila, she said it was sent probably last Tuesday as she signed for the issuing on Friday. Sent via return receipt mail, with a money order. Please email Sheila her if you don't have it by Monday she said. [redacted]

Dear [redacted], Thanks again for following up on this. I am unsure on what she is asking for the money was sent on the 10th December here is the confirmation from PAYPAL. I am sorry for my mistake thinking it was a check, it was definitely Paypal, I must of forgot in the age it seems for her to return the money....  I receive payments on Paypal everyday so my paypal is active, and has no problems on it. I  normally receive a confirmation of money transfers in or out of my PayPal account within 1hr of them being made and nothing has been returned by her yet. Sheila called to say the business paid per PayPal, she attached the original receipt. Her computers are down right now as we have a storm. He should contact PayPal and have the dispute pulled off hold and his account credited, as her account is negative the amount of $1000.00. Please call her with questions.
