Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My husband and I, are the legal owners of this home and have been for the last yearsYes we have a monthly mortgage like other home owners but ours is to a private individual and not a bankThat being said we have legal documents from a lawyer and they are on file with the county clerks officeWe are also responsible and pay for the insurance on our home, and the yearly taxes on our homeAnd Newcomb heating and cooling was hired by us to do the workSo they are wrong, we are not tenants we are the home ownersAnd their response is incorrect, ? and a very sad excuse for butchering our home, and leaving unfinished workIf we were just tenants we would not have been able to hire anyone for the job Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] was not hired by [redacted] [redacted] is the lien holder on our home My husband and I, are the legal home owners and we have been for the last yearsOur contract of our home makes us responsible for the insurance, and the taxesEverything was drawn up by a real estate lawyer and according to the IRS we are the legal occupants, and owners Here is a receipt that Mr [redacted] gave me when we hired him for the new Heat and Air unit installation

First, I would like to state Mrs [redacted] is speaking about two completely separate jobs taken place at [redacted] in Simpson IlMrs [redacted] is not the home owner of the property and we had two separate work orders one with her and one with [redacted] the home owner.Mrs [redacted] hired us to install a package HVAC unitThe night before we were to instal the unit the home caught fireThe insurance company and the home owner hired us to repair the damage to the homeWe did that, followed code and completed the job per the home owner and the insurance adjusterWe were paid in full and services complete.? We installed the HVAC unit in the same time frame as the house renovationWe were paid and Mrs [redacted] was given the paperwork to turn into the company showing proof the unit was installed properly and we were paid for our services for her warranty on said unitWe discussed installing the cover and told her we wouldWhen we did not install the day that she wanted it done she became very upset and brought up numerous things through both cases she was ? unhappy with and told us if we didn't do it she would sue usMy husband asked her to stop threatening himWe went to the police department and notated what the messaged where saying, Sheriff [redacted] of Johnson Cosaid he would set up a day to go out with us because we did not feel comfortable going aloneThe next thing we knew she was posting on Facebook looking for HVAC professional and demeaning our business in doing soWe have never once said we would not instal the coverThe amount that was charged, $600, was for installation of the unit and the duct work that had to be built to make it match her old duct system.? As for the response to her " REQUESTED RELIEF" section per itemWe were paid the $to install the HVAC unit and get it running, which we didWe did not manipulate her door, nor does she have proof that it was us, there were others working in that home not only usThe shower floor was not our fault, we tried to fix a manufacturing mistake without costing the insurance, home owner, or ourselves more time and moneyThe boards where replaced that needed to be replaced per insurance claim [redacted] rewired the home to code specifications as well as insurance claimWe do not feel we owe [redacted] an apology or a refundWe are very sorry her misunderstanding our intent to make her happy has come to this.We went above and beyond to make [redacted] happy with the renovation of the home after the fireOver spent and over worked on the job leaving the business to make a minimal amount since we wanted her to be happyShe was the one living in the home after allWe installed glass shower doors, bought two shower heads, a lighted toilet seat, new light fixtures for the entire home, fixed her plumbing problems, and much moreAll of those items where not on the claim, but we did them anyway.? Complainant is the tenant of this home, this was a insurance claim filed by the home owner

Mr [redacted] was not hired by [redacted].  [redacted] is the lien holder on our home.  My husband and I, are the legal home owners and we have been for the last 13 years. Our contract of our home makes us responsible for the insurance,  and the taxes. Everything was drawn up by a real estate lawyer and according to the IRS we are the legal occupants, and owners.  Here is a receipt that Mr [redacted] gave me when we hired him for the new Heat and Air unit installation.

Complainant is the tenant of this home, this was a insurance claim filed by the home owner.
