I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
Charge says; charged for plastic. I was told I was charged because of better quality. I expect to get what I paid for.  No way has [redacted] or [redacted]ny contacted me one in the past year. If [redacted]ny deals with customer service, why can’t he contact me himself. If you put something on an invoice you should supply that. I did not get what I was billed for. I have attached a copy of the invoice.

To whom it may concern,
Please find the attached files showing what happed at Mr. [redacted]'s house.  To give you a short version, we were hired by another company to perform crane work at Mr [redacted]'s house. We did our part and collected payment. a year and a half later Mr. [redacted]...

contacted us directly to perform work at his home. the crew went out and did the contracted 3 hours of work. at the end of the 3 hours he asked the foreman to do another hour of work, which they did. when they were done and tried to collet payment, Mr [redacted] brought up that he thought he had some sort of credit. this was the first time he stated that. the foreman happened to be the one who was on the original job site that was done for the other company and tried to explain to Mr [redacted] that he was under the wrong impression of how we do our crane rentals. they could not come to an agreement and the foreman collected a check for $1000 toward the $1400 balance. When the crew got back to our shop the GM contacted Mr. [redacted] to discuss and it was agreed that we would just have to take him to court to collect the balance due. We attempted to bill him numerous times and got no response. We filed a small claim against him for the balance of $400 plus court costs. Mr. [redacted] has also tried to file with the Attorney General in regard to this matter and after reviewing his claim it was dismissed. I have attached all contracts, court papers and the claim he filed with the AG.

The owner is not a part of the day to day operations. That is why [redacted] the GM is here.  [redacted] is here to handle complaints and the day to day operations.  [redacted] has spo[redacted] to Mrs. [redacted] on a couple occasions and no resolution was able to be made.  We cannot deduct the fee for a service that was rendered.  If a service was not given we would not charge for it.  After trying to collect for over a year we had no choice but to file a court claim in small claims at Plymouth District court.  The argument is that we used plywood and not the mats.  We feel we completed the work as outlined in the contract and expected to be paid for the services rendered.  I do not see that we will ever be able to come to an agreement with Mrs. [redacted].  She cannot see past the wood and plastic which there is no difference in, there is no difference between using the plastic mats or the plywood.  To us who do the work every day, ground cover is ground cover. [redacted]Office Manager?
