Review: This company does recycling also and they will bring Hoppers to your home for you to fill and then come back and get them when you are finished filling them with your metal. Then they are to send you your check for the amount of metal you have in the hopper. When I called to see if they would bring a hopper to our home they asked me where we lived. I told them and they said yes they did. I then asked them how much it would cost. The lady told me $150. and they take that from our total before they issue the check. I told her to go ahead and send one. She asked for directions on how to get to our home and I gave these to her also. Well they brought the hopper and when we were finished I called for them to come and get it. Well we got a phone call that their driver couldn't find our home so I returned the call and told them how to get here. Called the next day again to see if they understood the message and she said yes in fact they had gotten the hopper already. I call a week later to see if they had mail our check yet and she said yes but there was a problem. Since they couldn't find our home the first time to pick up the hopper they had to send a driver again the next day. He had no problem finding us. But now they charged us for the second trip to get it charged us $300. instead of the $150 I was told it would cost. It is not our fault that the driver could not find us and now they are trying to say we really were to far away and they should not have brought it in the first place. I ask them that question before I ordered it and they said yes of course they would bring it. They found us to bring it couldn't find us to pick it up and then double charged us. I don't feel this was fair to us.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the second $150. they took from us because their driver couldn't find us to pick up the hopper it was not our fault they had the directions to our home, they had our address,, and they found us the first time. Why should I have to pay for their mistake.
