We received the letter from Revdex.com about the complaint of our businessThe complaint was assigned an ID of ***.As the store manager, I had done the investigation of the issue that happened on 4/10/The young man who received the phone call spoke to the customer very politelyHe explained to
the customer and told her we can do the refund to her but by the time the customer called the store was closedSo our employee told her to call back on Monday so we can get this issue resolvedOn Monday we did not hear the phone ring, this could be very busy time we missed picking up the phone (we do not have designated person to answer the store phone) and over the weekdays we only have one-person work in the store before noon timeWe are sorry if the phone was not picked up at the time mannerBut we always here if customer needs anything we will do.We can issue a refund check for $for the customer and mail to herIn the meantime, we would like to see the proof of the credit transaction that this amount was charged.This is the first time we received the complaint from customer through Revdex.comHope this issue can be resolved the way customer expectCustomer satisfactory is always important when we provide ourservice.Warm regards,The Coffee Beanery

So our employee told her to call back on Monday so we can get this issue resolved. We are sorry if the phone was not picked up at the time manner. But we always here if customer needs anything we will do.We can issue a refund check for $5.25 for the customer and mail to her. In the meantime, we would like to see the proof of the credit transaction that this amount was charged.
