Review: I have given the company many months to resolve the below issue without response, so I am carrying through as I told them with filing complaints with the Revdex.com and relevant California consumer and government offices.

In August 2015 ordered a size and style of artificial turf. The invoice stated the wrong item and wrong amount. I paid and then noticed and notified them immediately and asked to send an adjustment. No adjustment was sent. Without being notified of shipping, the wrong item was apparently sent to the wrong address. When notified them of this, initially they stated that no address was given on my invoice, when in fact I had to send to them again the invoice which listed the correct address they should have sent the item to. Finally, they admitted that the wrong item was sent to the wrong address, and promised to send the correct item. Now, a month and a half has passed since the last communication with them and the correct item was never sent. I followed up twice asking to please advise. No refund was ever given, the right item was never sent, and no response has been given since 1.5 months ago, having made the original order and payment in August 2015 and now it is November. Unfortunately, now it is also getting into the rainy season and it will be even more difficult to install the turf once received since it has taken months.Desired Settlement: I would prefer delivery of the item I ordered. I spent a lot of time in research and determined it was the best for my use.

If it is absolutely not possible, would like a refund of amount paid.

Review: I have numerous complaints regarding this business:1) I cannot ever get a hold of anyone over there, I leave messages and send emails and I never hear back.2) The person/office that did the work originally is no longer there, phone number out of service, website broken, address unknown3) The product is under warranty for 20 years, work for 10 years- the lawn is lumpy in places and seams are forming where work wasn't done well.Desired Settlement: I would like my lawn either fixed or replaced entirely, if the affected section alone cannot be replaced. And I want someone from this company to contact me ASAP.
