that same day to confirm the repairs were carried out to her satisfaction. She confirmed that the repairs had been completed and that the stair lift was now working. She also confirmed that the technician who completed the repair told her 2 springs were needed and that these would be ordered in. Initial call was received from at Harding Medical on Friday June 23. On Monday, June 26th Harding made a service call on the lift and unfortunately could not complete the repairs because of the way the unit was installed. Two technicians were...

required to complete the repair but due to scheduling they were not able to return until Wednesday. The lift was functional on Wednesday and the tech returned on Thursday to make a further adjustment. I apologise to [redacted] for the delay to get her lift up and running.
