Review: Reserved a bus to take us to multiple locations, including restaurants, bars, and residences for Saturday, 7/6/13. I originally called and spoke to [redacted] to reserve the 29 passenger bus. When I called back to confirm the stops throughout the night he advised that it is no longer available, that we have to go with the 57 passenger bus, and that it would add to the total cost. We had exactly 29 people so did not need a bigger bus, I even asked if the 49 passenger bus was available and it was not so we had to go with the 57 passenger at an additional cost, with no consideration of the price or that I originally reserved the 29 passenger bus.

We were charged for multiple stops, including 5 residences, of which we were taken to none. The whole purpose of getting the bus was so no one had to drive and then it broke down (or got "hung up" as they say to me) at the same exact location it originally picked us up at and did not take 1 single person home (which we were charged for). Therefore, we did not get what we paid for nor the service we expected. I would greatly appreciate some sort of refund since the service I paid for was not provided and there has been no consideration of a refund.Desired Settlement: A refund for the service that was not provided and now the inconvenience of not clearing this up in a timely manner nor a professional or considerate response.

We did so take some of the people directly home. Sincerely [redacted]Newhurst, Inc.[redacted] The client called for a price with the 57 passenger motor coach. She reserved this bus the very next day. She later called and asked for a smaller motor coach and was informed that they are not available. She said okay and paid for the 57 passenger.The trip was to pick everyone up at a restaurant and take them to multiple bars and then return to back to the restaurant. Once back, some people were to drive home, while we were to take others directly to their residence. We arrived at the restaurant and proceeded to take them to the multiple bars that they had wanted to go. Upon returning to the restaurant, our bus bottomed out at the entrance to the restaurant. Our driver worked at getting the bus moving again and was able to do this in about 20 minutes. Upon hearing from the client about this complaint, we contacted our driver about what had happened. We had multiple conversations with her and our driver because their stories did not match. Our driver said that there were 40 people on the bus. The driver dropped off passengers at all but 2 stops.The client was refunded 27% of the cost of her trip. We refunded her credit card, but she then called and was unhappy, because she did not get her money fast enough. We explained that we can’t control how fast her credit card company puts the money back on her card. She was unhappy with this explanation.
