I am a *** Resident and have been for over yearsA huge selling point into this community at the landing was that the new amenities they would be building "a swimming pool with slides" That was a selling point for the vase majority of homeowners in Phase & They did build the amenity however years after it was promised but little did anyone know that it was not going to be for Phase & 2, but phase Imagine how livid many homeowners are at this point that we were lied tooWith that said we are able to use the pool for the time being but the limitations on the times are very limited and geared toward the stay at home parents only!
The HOA and CDD also pick and choose who gets violation letters and who does not! Nothing in here is managed on the same playing field
They also changed the bi-laws after the sale of the home and NO you were not grandfathered inSO it was kind of like a bait and switch! Don't let them fool you, you are as good as the last sale!
