have not only checked our internal system for the transaction, but also checked our transactions with Authorize.Net and did not find a transaction for this person and amount anywhere in our credit card records. We would appreciate it if the customer could please review their credit card transactionrecord to confirm the name of the company they did business with so that they could make an inquiry to the correct company. On a final note, we will also reach out to this person via the phone number they submitted and see if we can assist them with finding the correct company that they did business with and help them to resolve their issue.
