NEwlite charged me for services not authorized and locked my computer preventing me from conducting my business activities
NEwlite charged me for services not authorized and locked my computer preventing me from conducting my business activities. Contract for $99 for imtes listed in contract atttached. No other services were authorized. Newlite made error when they attempted to refund and instead of $450 deposited $9500 in my account. I worked with them all day 6/22 ( business day lost) and was unsuccessful in returning them the monies. My computer was locked with the explanation that if was an open work order. I NEED MY COMPUTER UNLOCKED; THIS IS CRIPPLING MY ABILITY TO GENERATE INCOME AND NEWLITE NOT GIVEN PERMISSION TO DO THIS
Computer unlocked immediately, acceptance of any means for me to return their money no matter the financial cost to them, removal of all of their links on my computer, no further advertisements to me

Newlite Technical Services, LLC is answering this complaint do to compliance requirements.
We cannot locate a sale to *** of the amount she is stating or any other sale. There is no large deduction from our accounts which would have left any amount due us what so ever.
