Review: We hired Newman Concrete Lifting to lift concrete that had sunk at our duplex property in Marshall Wisconsin. We paid $1300 to have the concrete in the front of the property and back patios lifted. There is a guarantee for 4 years. The concrete was lifted too high and cracked the patios in the back where they were scored. And in the front on the renter's side there is sand that continues to wash out from underneath the driveway. The driveway was also lifted too high and cracked. The top of the driveway on our side has also sunk down again. And it also is starting to crack more. We also have holes underneath the back patios by the top of the cement that were not filled in. When we contacted Newman Concrete Lifting about the problems stemming from the lifting, they refused rememedy it. They told us over the phone what they thought we should do to fix the problem ourselves. They said they had came out and looked at it, but we were not home or contacted when they did. We feel this was unprofessional and not following through with the four year warranty.Desired Settlement: We feel that we deserve a refund of the concrete lifting as it has destroyed the cement and caused erosion in the front driveway on the renter's side.
