After reading the reviews, ease of use and guarantee of the countertop refinishing kit on the company websiteI decided to give it a tryIt is a step kit and we followed the few instructions that came with it exactly as stated, the 1st steps went good and we loved the color, the final step, the extra thick topcoat(as recommended and paid additional $for ) was the hardest to work with and dried very bumpy, it should have been smooth When the company was contacted regarding this issue they stated "this happens sometimes" and we needed to sand it off and apply it again (they did send another can ) It was a lot of work and time, and we had to purchase a belt sander and additional items, but we did it, and again it dried bumpyAt this point we requested a refund initially the company stated they were issuing a refund, when we
