I would like to report the terrible service my family and I recieved this past Friday, May 11,2018, from manager of this establishment, Yolanda ***
My family and I, a party of about entered Drusilla's at approximately 5:p.mMay 11, After entering the establishment I informed the hostess that we had reservations for The hostess was unable to locate the reservation, in the process of looking through the paperwork, Yolanda ***, the manger, approached the hostess standWe then, explain to her the issueYolanda, very disrespectfully states that she didn't take any reservations that day and to waitSo as my family and I are waiting, about minute pass and my older sister asks the hostess is there a problemYolanda then, interrupts and states once again that there wasn't any reservations madeAs my sister turns her back to let the rest of the family know, Yolanda then yells "Excuse me ma'am," in a very loud and obnoxious wayMy sister then informs her that she was speaking to the familyYolanda then says that she will see what she can doYolanda then informs us that she can seat us at three different tables but she will not allow us to pull them togetherAfter speaking with one other manager who was willing to help accommodate us, and was very professional, we made the decision to leave because Yolanda upset me so terribly Yolanda had the absolute worst attitude I have ever experiencedWorking in customer service I can understand there are times when customers can get the best of you, but the service we received from Yolanda *** was absolutely disappointing and dishearteningI would never take it upon myself to be the reason someone else loses their job, but the service we received from Yolanda was very much worth reporting
