We have been contacting our landlord over and over about the issues we are having. I’m pregnant and we have a 1 year old. We have so much black mold in our bathroom. We have black mold along the basement walls which are rotting away at the bottom because it floods. Live wires from our hot water tank outlets in the wall are just sticking out. They have told us multiple times they would be here to fix the issue. They haven’t in a year. I’m trying to see what I can do to get this taken care of the right way. This is a mobile home park owned by Vinny Hai Locke who currently lives in Canada. Random people are running this place. We live in the back of the park in a log cabin.
