I spoke with *** *** last week on October at 523pm MST and she stated that she is satisfied and wants to remove this complaint from the Revdex.comAfter speaking with her I called and left a message for *** at 1130am MST October Within the message I left for *** I stated that
*** is satisfied and wants the complaint removed and to have the Revdex.com contact her for verificationI have not received a call back so I wanted to respond through emailNewMarx has released *** from the contract and she has located her own gutter company to reinstall the gutters that her painter removed All parties are satisfied with the outcome ***'s direct cell number is ***. Thank you,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: 
After speaking to [redacted] on September 21, 2017. I
called several gutter companies to find their usual price and how far out they
were.  They all pretty much said the same
thing.  If anyone is telling you that a
gutter company is asking for $18 a linear foot (LF), he is “[redacted] you.”  One company said the insurance price of $5.90
a LF (not the $8 [redacted] said over the phone) is the going rate.  Another company ([redacted]) said she
usually asked for $7 a LF but she would do it for the price the insurance
company is giving me.  She had my gutters
up 5 days after I called her (that includes a weekend).  Of the companies I called, the latest they
said they were out was 2 weeks.
After speaking to this gutter company owner, I called [redacted]
and asked he to schedule through her.  He
said he could not, but I was free to go ahead and do so.  I asked for something in writing that day
because she wanted my reply that Friday so she could fit me in the next week.  He never got back with me.  I called him on Saturday and he did send me
an email releasing me from the contract. 
I called [redacted] again on 9/29 and she had them up 10/4.
When [redacted] contacted me about my Revdex.com complaint, I never said
I was willing to “remove” the complaint. 
I told him to send a copy of the emails we exchanged and that would show
the complaint had been “resolved.”  I
rejected the company response because of the wording, removed.  As far as I’m concerned, if Newmarx does not
have the industry contacts to get the job done for the price the insurance is
giving, he should not be in business and other consumers using this business
should know what they will be dealing with. 
This complaint is resolved, you may close it.
