I ordered a head gasket kit for my vehicle and they sent the wrong parts, they sent an inferior gasket from what I ordered and it was missing many partsI tried to call the company on two occasions and never got an answer (except for machine) or a call backThe day after calling I received an email stating they would send the missing bolts out the next dayAgain as I said they sent the wrong gasket and many missing parts besides the boltsI emailed them back asking them to just send me the kit I ordered instead of adding bolts to the wrong order but they never respondedI called again the next day and surprisingly got an answer; the guy who answered was very rude and put me on hold for minutes only to come back and instruct me to email someone elseIf you want the right parts for your vehicle and you want them in a reasonable time frame DO NOT get them from New-Part.com!

I ordered a part for my Land Rover from new-part.com and included expedited shipping for an extra $I found other issues with the land rover and within a couple hours called back to cancel the orderEven-though the order was still at their business they would not cancel the order causing me to pay the shipping, return the item and pay a 20% restocking fee on top of it allThey were rude on the phone and would not do anything to help the issueI cation everyone from doing business with this company

I ordered a set of spark plugs from new-part.com which were priced around $less than any other source Shipping was free, and no sales tax I ordered on Monday evening and the order arrived by Wednesday afternoon I'm in Texas, they are in Tennessee, so not too far, but this was much faster than I expected The expected contents arrived with good packaging and in good shape (better than Amazon's shipment of spark plugs - no cushioning with plugs out of the box and rolling around.) I am very happy with my order

I ordered a windshield fluid reservoir for my Mercedes. It was in a precarious position on the car (like everything else on a Benz) so I had to wait until a friend of mine , who is getting chemo, felt like taking the front wheel off to get to it. After he took the wheel off he found the leak in the line and not the reservoir.
partscontainer say they have a 30 day return policy. I requested a return about 45 days out. I explained the reason; that my friend was sick, the part had never been used & I'd like to return. They not only told me no, but they were very condescending about it. I tried to complain to ebay, but ebay is no good when you have a problem.They won't you to resolve your issues with the seller.
If I were to return the product, they would just sell it again at no loss to them, I don't understand their unwillingness.

Wanted to share my brief review for this website. I'm always skeptical when purchasing from someone other than of ** or [redacted]. I purchased from this website and only THEN looked them up on Revdex.com.com. I'm glad I did that, because all those negative reviews do not represent the business accurately.
I did extensive research to make sure I'm getting the right parts. I placed my order for [redacted] rotors and pads on Thursday. My order was delivered the very next day on Friday! (They had a warehouse in MD apparently). Order was correct, parts were new.
Very happy with my order and service. Will absolutely do business again! A+ rating is deserving!

When I was looking to order a part for my Land Cruiser I checked online for the best price. I found it here with New-Part.com. I checked the reviews and was a bit leery, but the response of the business regarding red and blue footballs made me laugh so I decided to give it a shot. When I tried to order online the site would not take my credit card, BUT it clearly states that the billing address must match the shipping address. Mine does, but my billing/shipping address is a PO Box, and they ship UPS so that explains the problem. I gave them a call and explained that the site would not take my credit card. The person I spoke to found my order, entered my information, and told me that an email confirmation would arrive shortly. It was there within minutes. The real shock, however, was the message from UPS that the package would be arriving the next day. I understand that will not be the case for everyone, but it sure made my day. The pulley arrived as expected and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you for the wonderful experience, I will be shopping here again.

Awful, horrible, terrible service!!!! First of all they had the part listed incorrectly on the web site and then treated me as if it were my fault they sent wrong part.. Secondly, they would do nothing to expidite returning the part or getting me the correct part. And lastly I had to wait on my refund another week after they recirved the part. Needles to say I will never give them my business again!!!!

I bought a solenoid gasket for a [redacted] based on the site offering a genuine [redacted] part. When I received it all I got was a gasket in non-manufacturer, zip lock style bag. This was on a Wednesday, Thursday around my lunch time I reached out to them for a RMA and lets just say that the "Hassle free" return policy they claim to have is not so hassle free. Today is Saturday and still haven't received my RMA to return. Hopefully I won't have to file a claim with my bank.
