Review: On 5/22/2015, I experienced a rash of programs flooding my computer and "freezing" on my screen. I could not delete or close the programs. A message popped-up on my screen telling me that I had a serious security problem and that I could damage my computer if I tried to shut it down or take any other actions. While I was reading this message, "[redacted]" with NEWPATHINFOTECH.COM called to tell me that he was aware that I was having technical issues and that I needed to install a firewall to protect my PC from intrusion, and to get tech services/support for five years for any future problems for $300. Because we were leaving a week later for an extended trip to Europe and I needed my laptop to stay in contact with the world, I did not question him about this incident, and how he knew immediately that I had computer problems. I accepted his offer purchased the service. He corrected the problem I was having and said to contact them by phone or email should I have further problems. Within less than a week while in France, I had additional problems so I contacted them for help. This time I was told that I needed an antivirus program (and support) which they offered for another $300. I bought it and went on with my life. A few days later, another problem - called INFOTECH and was informed that my MS protection programs needed to be updated for another $300. Problems continued, the software protection programs had no positive effects. I suspected that I had been duped in the beginning by the company putting malware in my computer to sell me these useless programs and I asked for a refund of my $900. Todate, I have received no response from the company, however, one of the tech guys I dealt with initially did email me and to tell me that the company (unbeknownst to him) did install malware on my laptop to get me to buy their expensive services and useless programs. He said that he had recently resigned from the company in protest and wanted to prevent others from such fraudulent activities.Desired Settlement: I never should have let myself be duped into buying this useless, and as it now appears, unncessary software. Had I had the time I would have taken my laptop to my usual repair shop but because the company caught me right before we left on this trip I could not do that and I acted hastily in buying their services that I did not even need! I would like to have the company punished (or their business license revoked) for their fraudulent activities. I also I want a full refund of my $900.

I successfully refunded his 600$ Now. Rest the issues he got we hired a level V tech for him and he called him for near about days but his phone was on voicemail. So I want you to settle this dispute as soon as possible. For Your Satisfaction You Can Cross check with Mr. Ronald's Bank statements.
