I contacted the Cincinnati phone number for Bowtie Window Cleaners after seeing their ad/offer in the Valpak I scheduled service - both indoor and exterior - and was given a hour window late in the day for their arrival Got my house ready, stayed home, etc No one came during the designated time and after an additional minutes, I phoned them Left a message Never heard back

Terrible! The windows looked great but they slashed block spots all over my furniture, my white carpet, everywhere I couldn't get it out because it is industrial cleaner or something So, I spent $and have been cleaning up ever since I would NEVER use Bowtie again! Really, they couldn't put a drop cloth down?
