Newport Car Service

I took this car service the driver went to the WRONG address did not speak good english , he arrived at my house 7 minutes later then he was supposed to passed the address I was going to , normally this trip from various other car services costs me no more then 19 dollars at the most they charged me 24 dollars and expected a tip after the driver did not know where he was going drove around for 10 minutes before deciding to use his gps when I called the dispatcher to complain they told me IT WAS MY FAULT FOR BEING IN A RUSH AND SAID I WAS LYING ABOUT HIM GOING TO THE WRONG ADRESS I said I wanted the police involved and they were willing over 4 dollars that I should not have been charged I have used this company in the past and never did it cost me 24 dollars they also told me it was my fault and that I started a fight ! I did not know stating a complaint was starting a fight
