Mr*** did bring his vehicle in for the complaint mentioned, and it was explained what was covered, *** did go over the repairs and cost to him that he agreed toAs far as reimbursement of the parts that is an issue that he clearly stated by him that he was to get from *** not the
dealershipMr*** did pick up his vehicle and paid for his vehicleIt is our procedure as most businesses that he pay for services at time of pick up or we do not release the carHe paid his bill with a checkTwo days later he called the dealership and told us that he was closing the account and wanted to make sure that we deposited the check, well he did not close the account he proceeded to stop payment on the check for services renderedI made several attempts to contact Mr*** to solve the matter of non-payment or closed accountI contacted the phone number on file with no avail, I realized that it was a cell phone where I proceeded to contact him via Text message, to resolve this problem and to keep the police out of the mixHe then texted me that I was never to contact him via the number he providedBecause he stopped payment on the check I was within my rights to go to the Police Department to seek restitution, this is a common business practiceThe police department in the whole thing along with myself and the staff here at the dealership was respectful to Mr***After the police showed up at his home, he then contacted *** and even the deal he was "brokering" with *** was false, what he was telling the police department and what actually happening was fabricated to suit himWe did require payment on the work performed to satisfy the debt owed to the business, for services renderedthis was not an unreasonable requestMr*** from the beginning was looking for a repair free of charge at any means necessaryHis issue is with *** for not covering his issue in its entiretyIf needed I will try to get all the transcripts from *** of his conversation where he was trying to manipulate the systemIt is our position that we owe nothing to Mr*** and that we completed the repair per *** guidelines
