I registered mailed the package within the 30 days noting discrepancies and refusal to respond. Finally our credit card refunded our $ .
I am constantly called by this company telling me that I have unused vacation purchases with them but I need to give them more money to make the most of my investment, When I ask for a phone number where I can contact them, they hang up on me. I have been threatened by a man named [redacted] who claimed that I made a purchase on a certain date and I was recorded authorizing guaranteeing additional payment. When I pulled my files from 2 years ago (when he claimed I made the purchase and recording ) , there was no such purchase on the account he gave me and he hung up on me. This was after he became very upset, calling me rude for not acquiescing to his demands. My repeated requests for them to stop calling me are met with hang ups. I have reported them to the fcc with no results to date. I also reported them to my credit card company to place a fraud alert on my account. I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to report this fraudulent business to any agency they can think.
