Review: Newport motors wrote down information on obtaining a vehicle back from a repossession company, however the information was inaccurate

On May 7, 2013 newport motors repossessed my vehicle due to nonpayment. I spoke to [redacted] and ** and asked what did I need to do in order to get my vehicle back. They informed me of the money that needed to be paid including the repossession fees. So I gathered all the money that needed to be paid including repossession fees only to find out that more fees need to be paid. I have everything written down on a piece that they said I was to pay and they would release the vehicle however there is a major lack of communication with them and the repossession coming because now I am being told I need to pay more money. This is not right and this is bad business practices. I was there when they were told the amounts however I feel they are not doing anything to get me back the vehicle. I paid them the balanced owed plied repossession fees now I just want my vehicle back and I can't get it due to the lack of communication with newport motors and the repossession companyDesired Settlement: See Complaint Text
