[redacted] contacted our office awhile back and asked to be on the do not mail list for a flyer that we send out via [redacted] Each week we do a flyer and provide the [redacted] paperwork including all of the addresses of people who don’t want to receive this flyerSince we provide the don’t deliver list to the ***, we’ve done our duties that the [redacted] requests from usMy Circulation Manager and myself both have contacted the Post Master in Lincoln City, OR and discussed why [redacted] keeps getting the flyer, even when he’s on the don’t deliver listBoth myself and the Circulation Manager talked with [redacted] prior to [redacted] submitting the complaint in to the Revdex.comThe Circulation Manager has talked to [redacted] in regards to how the process works, but since it’s a delivery service that News-Times pays for, we’ve done all that we can on our end of thingsThe Post Master of [redacted] told myself and our Circulation Manager that she will talk with the three route drivers she has on the route that [redacted] lives on and to let them each know that he shouldn’t be receiving the flyer since he’s on the don’t deliver listI believe News-Times has done their part in making sure customers on the don’t deliver list, don’t receive the flyer---Nicole O**Office Manager
