I received the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] on 12/18/15My customer payed November's storage fee on December 9, She found her unit locked outShe inquired about it with our onsite managerShe was told that she was still a month behind (even after the payment she just made)She said that she would be back the next day to bring the account up to date and asked if she could get some things out of the unit while she was thereThe manager told her that he had to go by the rules of the facility buthe would give her the owner's phone number (me) and she could see if something could be worked outShe decided not to call and left the premises.It is now December 18th and she has yet to come in to catch the account up to date.With this letter am including (with all customer information unreadable per your instruction):• the documentation you sent me• the written and signed contract with the customer stating that "Rent seven (7) days past due entitles the lessor to padlock the unit rented until rent is paid in full" She is currently days past due.• The unit accounting sheet showing the payments made and the balance due by the customer• The unit accounting sheet showing that we tried to call on 12-8-but the number we had did not workRegrettably, the customer did not call me when given the opportunity but instead decided to file a complaint with you (Revdex.com)am sorry that you had to get involved.Please let me know what needs to happen next to ensure that this erroneous complaint does not stay attached to our company name.The notice of complaint reads "Upon receiving your response we will forward it to yourcustomer'.My customers email was included on the complaint so I emailed her everything you are receiving by mail on 12-18-15.Thank you for your time, Jim W [redacted] II General Manager
