This timeshare business may have some people who actually take vacations, but my family's experience was that they only sucked money from my elderly mother. On three separate occasions they persuaded her over the phone to pay $499 for travel packages that she was never going to use. This is preying on the elderly and this is unconscionable.

I demanded a refund for the latest $499 charge and they refunded the charge, but only $498---they flipped us the bird, making us dispute this again. What slimy people.

Review: An agent contacted me on March **. Stating information that we should not have been allowed to purchase a vacation pkg. because of both my husband and myself over ** yrs of age. He offered a vacation pkg. for compensation including 2 ** airline tickets and a vacation. We have not received any further contact from them and no information in which to as and cancel within 30 days. I feel this is another scam. Our visa was charged $498Desired Settlement: Refund of $498

Review: I bought a travel package in May 2015 for $898.00. I was told I would be able to fly to major cities with a 30 day notice. I notified them I wanted two tickets to Washington, DC arriving in the morning of ** Nov 2015. Well within their requirements. They have NOT fulfilled this request. I have asked for a refund of my whole package and have been told they would get back to me. After MANY CALLS. TO: Jeff(3times) than to Frank R[redacted], and to Josh, I have still not received a call back. I have reported this to my credit card people in an attempt to recoup my money. This has been going on since * JULY 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund. and NEVER do business with them again.
