Review: To Whom may this concern, I live in [redacted] and I had made a deal with a dealer in the USA California:- Newport Yacht Service[redacted]. The deal being that [redacted] purchaced a boat for 30,000US dollars and a Yamaha outboard 250hp motor\engine for $18.975US Dollars.Both the boat and the motor were ment to be sent together but this was not the case.I recieved the boat 12 months ago by cargo RORO without the motor. This motor was worth $18.975 US Dollars ,[redacted] wrote this email on the 16,July 2014 below for me.[redacted],This email is to serve as a letter of intention to confirm that you will be fully refunded your monies if I can not retrieve the 2014 Yamaha 250 outboard motor from the warehouse that has been shut down. My efforts are at work right now to retrieve all item in the warehouse. If that does not come to fruition within a respectable timeframe than I will refund all monies owed to you. Newport Yacht Service[redacted]Owner/Operator([redacted] - Cell([redacted] - [redacted]-- I dont quite know what to do as [redacted] still has not paid me my monies and I call him he answers but only excuses are given. I have all the proof that I was dealing with [redacted] emails, bank satements, letters made to [redacted] etc. Iam still awaiting monies owed. Any help given on this matter would be appricated.Desired Settlement: [redacted] to pay me the total of moies owed.
