rejecting this response because:Nothing has been done since filing this complaint on Nov 11, 2016There have been repeated requests to complete the work and submit proof of completion to the insurance company.The Insurance Company has given a deadline of Dec 24, 2016 to complete the project.1st request to start work was 1st of October 2016. The contract was signed with a starting date of 10/20/16.
We received the complaint and we take these matters very seriously. We are working directly with the customer who filed the complaint to have them remove that complaint as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. My information is below.
