Review: I have been attempting to unsubscribe from [redacted] emails for months. I have tried using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of received emails around ten different times over approximately the past six to nine months. I have attempted to contact the company through their online "Email us" help form on two separate occasions, but no one will answer my emails after waiting at least 1 week between emails. According to their contact form, [redacted] is part of SmartSource Interactive Group and News America Marketing Interactive, Inc. Llc.Desired Settlement: I want all email from [redacted] to cease. It would also be helpful to other customers for the company to fix their unsubscribe email option and most importantly to actually respond to customer help emails.
