I have a called Newsday probably 10 times over the last several years to tell them I do not want that Hometown Shopper publication thrown on my property. I have been told that the person who throws it out of their car as they 'deliver' it is supposed to check the list of who does not want it. That doesn't happen. To me this is just another example of Newsday's poor customer service. I quit Newsday many years ago because of poor delivery issues and a lack of response from customer service.
Does not deliver , Customer service doesn't do what they promise! REPEATEDLY
I subscribe to THIS paper because I like getting the black Friday circular bundle usually the day before Thanksgiving...HAVE DONE THIS FOR YEARS!

I have called TWICE and was told I would get it redelivered because I DID NOT GET IT
BLACK FRIDAY IS OVER, THEY RUINED THIS FOR ME
HORRIBLE THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO SEND WHAT COMES WITH MY SUBSCRIPTIONS OR EVEN REDELIEVER IT...
AMAZING! WILL WILL BE FILING COMPLAINTS AND LETTING EVERYONE KNOW HOW THIS PAPER IS RUN...WILL NEVER SUBSCRIBE AGAIN AND WILL LET MY NEIGHBORS ETC KNOW TO HET A DIFFERENT PAPER
Bill for Newsday has been $122 for 8 weeks for the past 5 billing periods. The most recent bill jumped by 37% to $167. A $45 increase in one billing cycle?
That, too me, is far to much of an increase for a product that continues to be reduced each month. Less content, but a 37% increase?
