We are also turning this matter over to our attorney to handle this situationWe've had enough of this facility owners lies and deceptionsThe vehicle was never repaired properly, furthermore was damaged in their careIn addition, we will also counter sue any action that is brought against usWe don't appreciate threatWe will not be threatened

I do not have a copy of the check as that would be in the possession of Nolan B[redacted]. See attached. I am glad I NEVER SIGNED the invoice agreement between Nolan B[redacted] Automotive and me. That is powerful evidence of dissatisfaction. Why in the world would I ever go back to someone who did me wrong like this? I would never trust someone who didn't correct the issue the first time and damaged my vehicle! Furthermore, I was trying to avoid confrontation by not going in person as I was frustrated about my explorer still after all of this time not functioning properly, having damage that was NOT there before including a hit to the rear left bumper, the rear view mirror disconnected from the windshield and scuffs/dings in the paint. The security system is still not activating, the vehicle still would not start intermittently, and the thermostat hose and assembly are bad which was never addressed and/or repaired after being there for over a week! Unacceptable![redacted]

Here at Browns Automotive we strive to fix all vehicles that come in for repairs correctly the first time. When the vehicle left we felt that the vehicle was properly repair and had no reason to suspect otherwise until Revdex.com was contacted by the consumer. We also want to ensure all labor times are spent wisely and being focused on the concern that customer had when bringing in the vehicle. Had the customer requested us to look for other problems we would have happily done so. We are un sure as to what damage he is claiming was done on the vehicle. We have not had an opportunity to access the vehicle or see the vehicle sense it left our facility. We will be taking legal action against the consumer. We have not been paid for services that where authorized and performed.

I am rejecting this response because:
The vehicle was NOT fixed properly, other issues were not resolved nor brought to our attention, there was damage caused to the vehicle while in the care of Brown's Automotive! This is unacceptable for these reasons. To simply make excuse after excuse is insufficient. The damage caused alone will cost more than the invoiced amount at Brown's Automotive!
