I was issued a new sound hearing aids about six months ago and paid for by the V.Aat Victoria tx I returned three times to get adjustments and no betterThere seems to be only one thing these people are interested in and that is selling a service contractIf you do not buy the $per year service contract you have to visit their office at your own expense and it appears the office visit and adjustments are $also When I called after my last visit the tech told me she was busy with a customer and hung up on meCustomer service is not good with them

The Hearing Aids for this patient were ordered on 3/5/ The Patient was dispensed hearing Aids on 3/19/14/ and paid for them on that day with a check Patient had follow up appointments within a month Patient returned on 4/23/14, without an appointment wanting to return the Aids The return was processed through our Corporate office on 4/24/14, a check was mailed within business days and the check has been cashed by patient

There seems to be only one thing these people are interested in and that is selling a service contract. If you do not buy the $300 per year service contract you have to visit their office at your own expense and it appears the office visit and adjustments are $300 also.
When I called after my last visit the tech told me she was busy with a customer and hung up on me. Customer service is not good with them.
