I ordered two sets of French doors and one new window on April The salesman who came to our home presented a good sales pitch and we ordered our doors that evening He told us they would be installed within 8-weeks and that everything was manufactured in their factory When I called around the first week of June to check on the status of my order, I was told they were in and they would call back in the morning to set up an install date However, the next morning they called and said that there was a mistake and my order was never placed I was told the person who was suppose to submit my order left the company and neglected to place the order and that they would place a rush on the order I was told they would be installed by the first week of July Finally, after many calls to follow up, my new doors arrived and were installed on August Dan Mdid an excellent job of responding to my calls and trying to rush the order I believe that the fault is with the salesman for not informing us that the doors are a custom order product which are manufactured by a third party company and NOT made by NSW at their own factory as we were led to believe NSW advertising is very misleading by saying everything is "factory direct" and "no middleman" This is absolutely not true Bottom line: I am very happy with the final product and the install crew did a great job Very professional and courteous Dan Mwas great and was very responsive to me Only negative was the delay in delivering product

We were so pleased with all the procss of replacing our wndows They are lovely and we feel as if we have a new house! Thank you, NewSouth Windows!!

Absolutely the worst customer serviceFrom the sales person to the managers to the girls on the phone- we were lied to, phone calls were never returned, and we were ignored once they had our moneyWe would never ever recommend New South Windows

The workers were very prompt, neat and courteous They were very familiar with the product and the installation process On a scale of to I'd rate them 10+!

The crew was professional and thoroughThey set up, cleaned up and made sure everything was done

Our new windows were installed in November, They were slightly damaged upon arrival, but we were assured by the sub contractor installing them that they could correct the issuesThey not only didn't, but they damaged them more, including, cleaning the vinyl frames and trim work with laquer thinner, which damages the vinylAfter numerous calls and complaints, new windows were installed in January, The quality of construction of the new windows was worse than the first setThe vinyl trim didn't match the windows with either setNew trim was ordered for the second set and installed a week or so later, in the midst of a day long rain showerWe assured the installers we were in no hurry, we just wanted the job done rightThey continued on even in the rainThe result was we now have window caulking on the outside that has dirt embedded in itThe new trim pieces have dirt, glue, grime, etcon them.They offered to send someone out to take care of the issues, but since this was their third set of sub contractors, whom they said was their best, we didn't want them back on our propertyWe believe that this company is poorly managed to say the leastWe were lied to by our salesman about various thingsIt took threats of going to the news media with our complaints before they would take us seriouslyWe are so disgusted with this company, that we requested half our money be refunded since we got such poor quality materials, workmanship and serviceNaturally, they refused, so we are cleaning up after them ourselvesIf you are looking for quality and service, go somewhere elseYou will not find it with this companyThey provide a lot of excuses, but don't appear to be capable of producing the results they claim they can

We were delighted with the men who did the work installing our new windows, and basically building us a new lanaiThey were most pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble for them, Their workmanship was superb and the final product is a testament to their craftsmanship and professionalismIf you have more employees like them, your company is in good hands
The windows are first-rate tooWe can feel the difference when the sun shines inOur salesman, Jon T*** was excellent and he was instrumental in convincing us of the superiority of your productsThe only comment I would make, though, is that they were three days late starting the job, because materials had not been received, and someone measured two windows wrong causing a delay of several more days Thank you for a job well done!

I read most this complaints and was skepticalIt seemed more customer service related vsproductI really liked the fact that they build the "Mercedes of Windows." I called the office a few days after the sales rep came out and spoke to Sarah (Office Manager)Every time, she would take our phone call and answer our questionsShe was very patient dealing with my wife and me, though we may have asked the same questions twiceShe mentioned the Consumer Affair Reviews and the Trust DaleI research these and other site that had more reviews, 99% of the customers were happy, so we decided to give it a shot Our order was $19k and we just had our install todayImmediately, we felt the difference in the Newsouth windowsThe windows were hot on the outside but cool on the insideSarah has been out point of contact and very good at what she doesSo our advicewhen in doubt reach outto Sarah that isWe do not regret buying from Newsouth

I contracted with NewSouth Windows in July To make a long story short, working with this company was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor
They sent the wrong windows, damaged my outside sills, caused some inside damage, and took until February before the installation was complete I only had windows done in three rooms!
I cannot tell you how many different subcontractors they sent from start to finish It took visits from the Pinellas County inspector before things passed completely The installation was so poor that they had to replace one window in its entirety It took three different teams to fix one large window The original installation of my Living Room window was so poor, I could have done it myself with better results I couldn't even close the side windows because the job was butchered
Because of all the time and trouble they caused me, I withheld $from my final payment and explained why I ultimately was forced to pay this because I was selling my house and they had not submitted a release Do yourself a favor and go to any other company for your windows Anyone else has to be better than this

I found the personnel at New South Window to be courteous and professional. Installation was extremely well done and the quality of the windows is excellent. They woked with me for a special date for installation. I am very pleased.

Service guy was nice but took 2 hours to figure out he'd have to come back. He tried to do with what he had in truck. Another 2 weeks to wait. Glass and wood in the driveway and around pool. Already getting bill to pay for non completed job. I think bill should start after ob is complete. My family was going to get windows there but choose someone else. I ordered a lot of windows. I wanted to be happy because a friend had a couple windows put in and was happy.

New South Windows did everything they said they would do and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

New South window look amazing in my home and when I found a flaw they replaced it no questions asked. How many companies do that anymore? I couldn't be happier. Salesman was professional and Sherriann was very helpful.

Terrible installation!! I have pictures that I am happy to share....stucco is cut and broken...my dry wall in my condo was ripped out and not replaced. I can't believe the damage done to my condo! I had to spend hundreds of dollars to repair the damage caused by New South Windows. I know of 20 to 30 other customers who are very unhappy with New South Windows. I am happy to share pictures and a list of people who have contacted me regarding issues with New South Windows.
