I am rejecting this response because: I was told by the women on the phone that there are errors with cancellations done onlineIf these are known issues, which they obviously are, I should not be responsible for any charges that were made after I attempted to cancelI am extremely upset by the behavior of this company and will continue to pursue the refund that I am entitled to

I WAS LOGGED IN! I WAS UNABLE TO VIEW ANY PAGE PAST PAGE ONE! THEY DID NOT CARRY THE RENTON NEWSPAPER! THIS GUYS IS LYINGIF THEY WANT TO RUIN THEIR BUSINESS FOR $LET THEM BUT I WILL NOT AGREE WITH WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL YOU HERE, NO WAY THEY ARE LYING!!

Revdex.com of Central California,[redacted] did subscribe to our 7 day trial for $6.95. It has never been advertised as free and is very clear that the subscriber is agreeing to a non-refundable $6.95 charge for 7 full days of premium access.
