Newtech Plumbing Solutions is phenomenal! I was skeptical at first because of their fantastic pricing, but I am certainly one to do my research and they are legitimate! We got our new Rheem Pro Classic installed today by the company owner, EdgarHe was super friendly, prompt and the price was just as advertised! We got our 50-gallon electric water heater installed, with new flex lines, a drip pan, recycling of our old water heater and to top it off a year warranty on his work! Everything done under the advertised price, no gimmicks! The water heater itself has a year manufacturer warranty (that you can upgrade to a longer warranty if desired with Rheem)The water heater model they use has good customer reviews onlineThe honest truth is that I called MANY places and Newtech was the BEST price hands downI appreciate that they are a small and honest business that is not trying to take advantage of their customers by gauging prices! Thanks Newtech, we will be referring all family and friends your way in the future!

Newtech Plumbing has been with Revdex.com since 2005 and never had a complaint with any kind of service or appointment. We do not accept this complain because our technician was at this property at 3:10pm and nobody answer the door neither the phone calls, for this reason our plumber had...

to leave to the next appointment. Our receptionist call back to reschedule but nobody answer the phone call neither the voicemail. Sorry but we are a very serious company and we make sure our customers are satisfied with our services. Unfortunately this complaint doesn't belong to us, thank you.

This unit has been inspected twice, thermostat and elements were  working properly. We don't warranty the units because we are not the manufacturer [redacted]) is the manufacturer. We can be at your property again and inspect the unit again if there is any problems with your unit. Our technician can be there Monday between 9-10am. If you feel this time and date doesn't work, you can always call us at ###-###-#### to reschedule. Sorry but we haven't miss any of our appointments, that's why we've never had complaints, thank you and have a great day.

We would highly recommend Newtech Plumbing. When our water heater broke my husband called several companies to get estimates, then checked the price of the heater we wanted and found Newtech had the best price. Their communication was great; workmanship was very thorough. Water heater working great!
