Review: When I signed on in 2010, I was assured by the sales person [redacted] that there would be no fees to my accounts. Below is the email sent to me by [redacted] on February [redacted], 2010. Hey [redacted],
"Sorry for this, that is the standard pricing for USA Epay which is the gateway, we have special reselling pricing so you will not be changed anything except the transactions fee, there are no minimums, monthly fee’s or yearly fee’s from anyone.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Since this email, Newtek has started charging me monthly fees which I swallowed hard and started paying. I did not agree to these fees and I have a contract stating that. In June this year, they charged me a $59 fee I did not agree to. I called them and complained and they agreed, that this was not our agreement and refunded me the $59 and told me I would not be charged that again.
Today, I got another bill for $59. I called to complain. I was told that the credit in June was a one time courtesy and this will now be a semi-annual charge and they could not do anything about this charge.
Again, we (Newtek & I) did not agree to this charge and I never agreed to pay it. Newtek has access to my bank account so they took the charge with no forewarning and no approval from me. I consider this stealing.
I would like a refund and I am going to cancel my account so I don't have to pay for this again. Newtek is not fulfilling their agreement with me. I believe this to be illegal.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Newtek Business Services, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The only contact I had from the Business was they asked me to close my account even though they have already charged me for the next six months. This is a very shady practice.
