I have called and asked for the amount of my charge account to be sent to me via email. I only got the amount, no dates or details for the charges in the statement I received via email. I sent an email with my address requesting a detailed statement from 2005 to 2020. I know that they do not charge for late charges. I have worked with them in the past.
I have charge account over the amount of 3000.00 with Newtok Native Corporation (NNC), none of the people who worked in the office have never tried to contact me what-so-ever about people making charges under my charge account with Newtok Native Corporation. My first contact was in March 5th, received my statement without any details but an amount of 3401.00. Since then I have been communicating with NNC until I received 2 different amount to pay, since than I have not heard from the business again.
I would like Newtok Native Corporation to thoroughly work one my charge account for correction and finish the job and letting me know they have completed working on my charge account.
