I am rejecting this response because: The salesman that referred me to this company assured me the application would go through and that he talked with Willamette financial about my situationNot only did they waste my time but pulled my credit knowing they had no intention on working with me.

For the record we are a reputable commercial lender and broker that has been in business for over yearsWe lend only to businesses and not individual consumers. The applicant was referred to us by one of our commercial vendors that we do business with on a regular basis, to see if we
could assist with the financing of a semi truck that he was looking to purchase. When we receive an application from a commercial equipment vendor our credit underwriting process begins with pulling credit as the first step in determining qualification. Upon further underwriting it was determined that the applicant was a stawith no active business registration and no commercial truck driving experience. The application provided did not give any haul references and indicated that no down payment money was available toward the purchase. Unfortunately the combination of all of these items led to the customer's credit request being denied. Having excellent credit is not the only factor that determines getting an approval when applying for a commercial equipment loan as a business. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused and for the lack of communication between our salesman and Mr***. To that end we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
