It seems someone fraudulently ordered with our company, under another name (which we don't know), using this person's informationWe relayed to him that since he has reported the charge as "fraud" the bank will handle the reversal of charges, and faster than we could do anytingAt that point it's
very much out of our hands/controlSince the bank had flagged/closed his account, no more transactions such as a refund would work anyways. We are also victim's in this Fraud Case, as we have fulfilled an order we will not be paid forOnline fraud is terrible, and isn't the fault of this person, or Diet-to-GoWe wish him luck and hope nothing like this ever happens to him again

We are sorry to hear that [redacted] had trouble cancelling his service. We have been in business for 25 years and strive to offer customers the most flexibility and latest weekly cutoffs/deadline possible. We are staffed and answer phones 12 hours a day M-F and even on Saturday specifically for...

this purpose. To cancel, customers can call or email us, both of which can be done at any time of the day or night, and one of our 8 in house service reps will personally respond as confirmation.The weekly deadline is Monday 12 noon ET for orders that are delivered fresh that week (Tuesday and Friday). Customers are provided this information and agree to the terms when purchasing, and in twice weekly correspondence after that, and when logged into their account online. It seems that in this case [redacted] contacted us after that deadline, on Thursday 9/29, requesting cancellation for the Friday 9/30 order. This was 3 days after the deadline and we explained the soonest we could cancel was the following week. Prior to that, on 9/9, [redacted] had submitted a vacation hold to stop his order effective 9/13 and to restart for 9/30. If he changed his mind and decided not to restart his service on 9/30, and in effect cancel his order, he could have contacted us by any method, 24 hours a day, between 9/9 and 9/26 (an over 2 week period). We feel that in this situation it's not an issue with our systems, but rather just a late request we were unfortunately unable to accommodate.We appreciate [redacted]'s business and really do hope he understands how hard we work to accommodate all of our customers needs. We don't bill anyone in advance and customers can change their plan, meals, or any aspect of their order up until that weekly deadline. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do. Thank you!
