Per office policy, which is published in multiple locations, cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of hours notice. Although patient advise office he was not feeling well, he expressed need to further discuss his medical issue with the physician, he chose not to
reschedule appointment at that time nor did he call to reschedule at a future date. Therefore, office policy was upheld and an exception was not made

[I was quite sick and told this to the office.  I was exhausted, feeling poorly and my focus was on getting some rest and not talking further on the phone.  One would think this office would be more concerned with patients well being and less on revenue and curt replies.  Very shortly afterwards, I received the bill from the office and after that 2nd unpleasant experience, coupled with the Doctors unwillingness to speak with me when I called in two times, decided to not use their office anymore.]
