We had some significant construction done to our home in The general contractor, *** ***, was agreeable and easy to work with throughout most of the processLast July we experienced some flooding in parts of the addition, Mr*** discovered had been caused by a water pipe he had accidentally punctured when putting up some trimHe was quick to fix the problem, but has yet to come out and finish smoothing the drywall from the area of wall he had to cut out in order to get to the pipe
In the meantime, we also discovered the flooring in the additions bathroom, and laundry room bucklingWe spoke to him about this when he came out to fix the pipeHe mentioned he would look into itWe’ve not heard back from him sinceThe buckling continues to get worse and creates a real problem for the year old woman who paid for this constructionThe addition had been designed to accommodate a walker and/or a wheelchair in the futureI have texted Mr*** numerous time
