Revdex.com: I got [redacted] involved in the case and the amount I requested in refund was paid back. It was 50% of what I initially paid. Nevertheless, the company still did not call me a single time. It is a very dishonest group of people working at the company.

Review: I decided to take a SAP training course in oil and gas management. I contacted the This business and spoke to a guy named [redacted], I told him I wanted a trainer from America that spoke English fluently. He promised I would get that. He set me up with a demo session and immediately I knew the trainer was from India as I could only understand him a little bit. I deiced to ahead with the trainer as he was a little bit understandable. After the demo session I called [redacted] and told him I liked the trainer and was willing to take the class ONLY IF I was going to keep that same trainer, he promised and said OK. I had to wait 2 weeks to come up with the 1st payment of $400/ Before then [redacted] called frequently asking me when was I ready and when would I pay because he would like to start the class. When I finally was ready to take the class I called him and made a payment of $400. He said the class will begin tomorrow at 11am. The next day I didn't hear from him I called for about 4 days straight no answer or returning my phone calls when he finally answered he said he was looking for a trainer and told me to go online and start the class because the trainer was ready. When I joined the online session I immediately noticed it wasn't the same trainer form the demo session I had. I couldn't understand anything he was saying . I called [redacted] back and explained that I didn't want to go ahead with his company because they seemed unreliable and unprofessional. I asked for my refund and he said he will get it to me in a week. It has been almost 6 weeks I call everyday during thee week and most times he ignores my calls or hangs up when he hears my voice. I am a student and that money I very valuable to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money to be refunded asap. and for that business to be looked at because they do not seem legit.

Review: I contacted this company regarding a SAP Basis class, they promised delivery with a total amount of $800, $400 stating and the remaining $400 ten days later. I enrolled on Feb. *, 2014.Class was promised to start at 8:30am EST with English speaking instructor on Feb. **, 2014. The first class didn't take place until Feb. **, 2014 with an instructor who could barely speak English, I informed NewYorkSys that they promised someone who could speak English and the person who delivered the class could barely speak English. NewYorkSys response was hang on we will find someone, the next day I got another guy who could speak. I was to start again the next day however the instructor did not show up (Feb **). I left NewYorkSys a message and emailed them letting them know the guy didn't show for the day. NewYorkSys called me just before 10am saying to join the training session the instructor is now ready. I said no because I am away from home and the training session is suppose to start at 8:30am not 10am. At that point I told them I don't want to do this anymore because we are getting nowhere here ... it's been a week and to date there still have not been a full training session as promised. Jay on the other end of the phone begged oh just let us try one more time I promise we will deliver ... after saying no they continued to call me several time finally I said ok lets see what you all do next. On Monday Feb. ** I was suppose to have a training session called in noone is there. Finally got a hold of them to let them know that there is no trainer and noone called to inform me ahead of time. My call was returned by someone from NewYorkSys stating the instructor is now there you can call in, I was already in the number provided didn't work so they gave me another number, again the next day I called in noone is there. NewYorkSys called me to let me know the instructor will not be joining until 9am. I said no I wanted a refund as requested earlier because they had not delivered anything promised.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, $400.00, as this company delivered nothing that was promised.

Review: I registered for one of their training courses around July [redacted] and paid a sum of $400 which was half the original amount. It was an online program which I was aware of. the other half was supposed to be due after the sixth training session. Initially I was told each session is 1-1.5hrs long but so far I had three sessions with first on Friday ** July, second and third sessions on Monday and Tuesday july [redacted] and [redacted] respectively. Those sessions were about ** to 35minutes approximately in length. I was supposed to have a session the next day which was Wednesday July ** but the instructor was no where to be found. I immediately left a lot of voice messages and also reported the matter. I also threatened to cancel but the representative in charge of training Maddy promised to find a new instructor and timing which he never did. I notified the company on Monday August * via telephone and numerous emails that I am no longer interested in continuing due to their gross inefficiencies and unprofessionalism. I also found out that the trainer was not even based in the US. This infuriated me a lot.Desired Settlement: would like a pro-rated refund

Sincerely,

Review: I registered for [redacted] online training on June *,2013. I didn't have the sessions regularly and they changed the trainer each and every session. Each trainer took only demo sessions. I attended four classes and everything was demo sessions. Also, they cancelled sessions often which I was not informed prior. Since I was frustrated by the way they handled sessions, I told them that I'm not continuing the session and asked them the refund of the fee($550) which I paid while joining the class. I had sent a formal email complaint to them on June **, 2013. But,till now I haven't received my refund. I don't get proper answers from them and I'm not redirected to appropriate person. Its been more than one and half months I'm struggling to get the refund.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of the amount that I paid to them which is $550.

Review: I signed up for an online training course beginning November *, 2013 with a down payment of $350 and balance due after 10th session. I was under the understanding from their LinkedIn advertising that I would be entitled to a prorated refund if the class did not offer what I desired from it and that the first session was a trial. If after the first session the course was not what I had thought, there would be a full refund. I was excited about taking the course and looked forward to getting my money's worth from it and pursuing a career in the area of training.

My online training experience began with issues as I was not able to communicate with any of the technical assistants as all of them had a very heavy Indian accent which I could not understand. All of our correspondence was done by email and I was not able to load the database or any of the important software that would make me successful in taking the course. I was emailed a schedule for the first night of the course and waited at my computer for over 2 hours before finally being emailed a cancellation notice. I didn't receive explanation or apology, just a notice to be availabe the following night. It also was cancelled after 1-2 hours of setting and waiting for the online instructor. Finally, on the 3rd night, I was able to actually be part of the course. I couldn't understand any of the instructions or discussion as the trainer also had a very heavy Indian accent which I could not understand.

The following day I emailed James who was the salesman for NewYorkSysTraining and requested a trainer that I could understand. He promised to find one, but this did not happen. After a few days of waiting with no results, I asked for a refund. I was contacted by phone by the company, although I couldn't understand what was being asked, because of the accent. I simply told them I wanted my money refunded, which the best I understood they were going to do. I have emailed several times since, with no response.

I would like a full refund as I was not able to participate in any training sessions.Desired Settlement: I would like my $350 payment returned to me.
