THIS COMPANY NAME IS BEING USED BY SCAMMERS. THEY WENT INTO MY COMPUTER ACTING AS MY ROUTER COMPANY. THEY ALSO CLAIMED THAT THEY COULD NOT TAKE MY VIRUS OUT TO ADD NEW PASSWORD UNTIL THEY LOOKED INTO THE BACKGROUND OF THE SOFTWARE IN MY COMPUTER. ONCE THEY DID THEY CLAIMED THEY COULD OFFER ME A ONE YEAR OR 5 YEAR VIRUS PROTECTION FOR LIFETIME PROTECTION. 598.99. I WENT FOR IT BUT ONCE THEY GOT INTO MY EMAIL AND THEY CHANGED MY PASSWORD FORCEFULLY IN FRONT OF MY FACE I KNEW THEY WERE SCAMS AND I WENT TO MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT.
I HAD TO CHANGE MY EMAIL AND HAD TO CHANGE MY BANK ACCOUNT PASSWORD SINCE THEY I COULD NOT GET INTO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT. TO MAKE THE STORY SHORT THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AND SOME HOW THEY FAKED THAT SAYING THEY WERE FROM ***, THEY LIED COMPLETELY TO GET INTO MY COMPUTER TO FIX MY ROUTER AND IT LET TO LARGE CHARGES.
I DID GET MOST MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY MANAGED TO GET 100. 00 FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY WRITE CONTRACTS LIKE THEY ARE REAL TO TRICK YOU AND THEY STAY IN YOUR COMPUTER TRYING TO STEAL MORE INFO.
I AM STILL TRYING TO ADD CHANGES TO EVERYTHING SINCE I FEEL THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO SNOOP INTO EVERYTHING. WE ARE CHANGING EVERYTHING TO GET THEM OUT.
IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. THEY ARE COMPLETE HACKERS THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MORE IF YOU LET THEM INTO YOUR COMPUTER AND ITS HARD TO GET THEM OUT.

This company is a total fraud to the consumer. *** stood behind me and refunded my initial payment. Today I received a email saying my automatic renewal was coming up and the only way to cancel it was to call them. When you call them they want enter your computer with *** and ***. They tell you it is the only way you can stop the autorenewal. Beware! They don't deserve a one star. and I'm glad Revdex.com has given them a "F" rating.

THIS GROUP CLAIM TO BE A SUPPORT GROUP FOR *** ROUTER AND SAID TO HAVE INSTALLED *** VIRUS SECURITY ON MY COMPUTER ON 1/11/2020 BUT IT IS NOT ON THERE AND I WAS CHARGED 428.98 FOR IT. THEY ALSO WENT O MY COMPUTER AS *** WHICH IS *** SUPPORT. IF YOU GO TO THERE WEB SITE IT SAYS IT IS A ACCOUNTING AND BOOK KEEPING SERVICE NOTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS. I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE BUT THEY WILL NOT CANCEL AND REFUND MY MONEY.

I do not believe that this is a legitimate business, or the business has been hijacked by some bad actors. I was put in contact with these folks at this phone number when I was trying to resolve an issue with *** software. They originally purported to be working with ***, and I was talked into a lifetime technical support contract. When I contacted the number 3 months later with a technical problem, they remotely accessed my computer and were working on the issue in my computers and said they would call me back. I got a call back saying the couldn't resolve the issue and offering to refund my purchase price. Then they got into my bank account and moved money around and almost succeeded in stealing a large amount. When I called them back they claimed it was someone else pretending to be them and talked me into another service plan ($800). The next day I asked for my money back per the 72 hour refund guarantee in the contract. They eventually offered to give me $500 back if I agreed not to file a complaint. They told me they had been in business for more than 10 years and had 400-500 employees. I believe it is really two or three guys, probably not even at this address in Wyoming, scamming people remotely.
