On 11/30/18 I signed a lease agreement to rent a home for $1075 which is paid for by Section 8. I have moved into the home and have asked for a copy of my lease and they claim they have given it to the owner of the home, but they refuse to give me the owner's name of the home. I believe the lease I signed is fake. Section 8 has contacted them to obtain a copy of the lease and they cannot get a copy of the lease. I have no heat, sewer problems in the bathroom and I now have to move as Section 8 has not approved the lease. I have asked for my $800 deposit back and they are refusing to give me my refund.
We lease commercial space to many different commercial as we are a coworking space- Several of our tenants are property managers and I believe this was meant for one of them (Innovative Concepts Unlimited)- I reached out to the complaining person to try to explain and they were not receptive-
They believe since they came here to pick up the documents that were left here for them and they left a check for our client that we passed on to them, that we are one-in-the-same.
I would love to help this person but I don't know what we can do since they are not our customer. For additional clarity, NexCore is just a coworking space and we do not have any residential or commercial spaces outside of the NexCore building located at 2631 Gravois.

This place is fantastic. A great location and wonderful staff. The members have been tremendously helpful and there is a real camaraderie among the members and staff. The technology throughout the space is fun and useful. I also dig the decor. Fun vibe yet conducive to productivity.
Really friendly environment with a bright, modern interior and great amenities. I loved the podcast room and the fiber internet!
We are so honored to have Twin's Red Carpet as a Powered by NexCore business. Mr. brings incredible energy and a contagious positive attitude to everything he does and we absolutely love and appreciate the opportunity to work alongside him and his business.

Lot's of amenities with the space. I love the unlimited printing. Really nice and encouraging staff. The place is beautiful. Historic building, yet modern.
