The customer placed a claim for property damage done to his vehicle, the claim was accepted and he will be reimbursed a full estimate amount we received from him of the cost of the repairs that needed to be done to his vehicleThe customer then
proceeded to claim for the other three tires remaining in his vehicle claiming that they are doing the sameThe claim was submitted for separation in the tread area of the tireThe tires were visually inspected and found no abnormality in the tread area, when a tire has a separation in the tread area it is visible right awayIf we found no such abnormalities in the tread area we let the customer know our findings, from there if the customer still insists that the tire is separated we proceed to cut the tire open to inspect the steel belts that are located in between the rubber of the tireWe did this explaining to the customer that further inspection is needed since the customer kept insisting that there is and to stand by for our resultsBecause of the customer not being satisfied with the results and the outcome of his tire this claim has gone to higher authorities in the companyWe would like for the customer to be patient until a conclusion has been received from the higher authorities on what would be the next step with the customers claim

Yes I did claim the other tires are separating including discount tire also visually inspected the tires and saw the tires separating and told me that's a defect in the tireAlso I was not told of the outcome of the visual inspection and did not give permission to the company that they were cutting or slicing my tire openI had to send pictures of the tires to them pointing out the separationWhere they sliced them is not where the tire is separatingI was told by *** *** that there was no one else above him and told me if I made a complaint to Revdex.com that he would be the one handling the claim and no one elseSo saying that it goes higher than him to make a decision is unacceptableHe was aware of this claim sometime ago when I updated the Revdex.com when he was aware of this and he told me his response will be there right at the deadlineI have all the pictures that were sent to them and also the pictures and emails from Berny stating what the conclusion of the engineers findings

So you are willing to give me a 25% refund of the wholesale cost and its a brand new tireSo what happens to the other tires defects? The tires are defective and your not acknowledging thatI have had two different companies and the state trooper tell me that they shouldn't look like that or start to separate like thatAlso what is the price and if you can't tell me through the Revdex.com how do I get this information? I did not pay wholesale price I paid full retail price of the tires when I paid for the carI will send all pictures to you showing that the tires were starting to separate thats the reason I had to buy all new tiresThe tires aren't seperated in the area that they cut the tire/s open and if you compare the tire where the tread came off and the other tires you can see where the separation is taking place not where the engineer cut the tire/sIf I am not getting reimbursement for my tires who do I need to contact to get this taking care of?

customer. We are in the process of helping the customer in assistance in this warranty for a customer goodwill.. customer initially contacted our dept. looking for assistance with two damaged N3000 tire's. One appeared to have a cut impact damage on sidewall, other we were informed from customer that tire created a bubble on side wall.. After further investigation on NEXEN tire warranty Dept.'s behalf, we declared that these tires are not the correct load index that the vehicle "2009 BMW 750LI" should have on, compared to the O.E.M tires that were initially installed from manufacture.
When vehicles have tires that are not the proper load index vehicle it compromises the construction and the load capacity that the particular tire can hold. In result can make a tire more susceptible and vulnerable to damage or a sudden blow out or impact bubbles etc. In these situations NEXEN TIRE USA cannot warranty these cases due to tire not being proper installed from initial mounting of tire.
