NexGen's Quote was accepted during the month of May 2019 to carry out repairs/renovations. They did commence the job, but abruptly stopped
They were hired to complete weeping tile work, window wells on exterior; suction pump, replacing furnace and hot water tank on the interior.
Work started in May 2019 - but abruptly stopped during July 2019.
Letter was written to them during August 2019 - detailing damages done while excavation, as well as issues arising from repairs.
No response has been received to date

Nexgen had quoted for work on his property and did start the project, however it became apparent very early into the project that the house was in such ill repair that the quoted work could not be completed. Work was stopped.
No invoice for services was ever issued. No payments from Mr. were ever requested nor did he ever pay Nexgen any money.
The work was terminated with his acceptance that it could not be completed as desired.
In Nexgen's opinion there was no damages caused by them.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

This is a false statement from NexGen, and flies against the letter dated August 16, 2019 that was sent to them.
NexGen/Tony*** neglected to respond to aforementioned letter, which led to my filing a complaint with Revdex.com.
NexGen had accepted the damage caused and had promised to do the needful.
Their representative, ***, had apologized for the damage, and had assured me that they would bring a truckload of sand during end of June/beginning of July 2019.
He neglected to do so.
*** also accepted responsibility for damaging my satellite wire, promised to repair it, did try it, left it incomplete, neglected to do so to date.
Their representative, Chance***, accepted the responsibility of damaged solar lights, assured me that they will be replaced/repaired.
Thus far they have neglected to do so.
NexGen's Tony*** had promised to repair the deck, place it back the way it was, after using a lot of profanities - to which I objected, and requested him to document all future interactions.
He has neglected to repair the deck.
NexGen and their representatives were well aware of the Contract/Job Work, but neglected to carry it out.
They have also consistently neglected to respond to my aforementioned letter as also neglected to return phone calls.
There are sinkholes on the exterior side as well the back of the house. These need to be resolved as well.

NexGen stands by its statement on December 6, 2019.
There was no signed contract with the client. Only a quote for services. No funds were ever requested or received. The work was started and stopped as the house was not able to be fixed. Everything was put back in the order it was originally before they left the job.
The letter sent to NexGen was not replied to as NexGen saw no benefit to continuing to discuss or correspond to this person as it was obvious that no resolution would satisfy him.
Finally, all the issues he has brought up in his response December 8, 2019 cannot be looked at now as it is winter and the ground cannot be seen. We request this file be closed.
